Contractually-based managed hosting in service level agreements

Technical and budget requirements can be agreed on individually in our Service Level Agreements.

  • What is an SLA?

A service level agreement (SLA) is a contractual framework detailing the scope, type and duration of the managed hosting and other managed services offered by mpex. An SLA establishes clearly defined target values and indicators that allow us to assess our performance.

  • Drafting an SLA

At the beginning of the contractual relationship, a service-level agreement is negotiated based on your strategic and operative goals and cost/benefit considerations. The agreement contractually outlines the smooth operation of your platform, the maintenance of availability and performance goals, the management and monitoring of processes, responses to Irregularities, and the long-term reduction of expenditures.
